Minder is a wearable that can be paired with your apple watch. It’s a posture minder which can help users to improve their posture and learn mindful breathing techniques. Many studies have demonstrated that specific breathing techniques are useful to help combat anxiety and stress. You can also use Minder to overcome pains in your shoulders, neck, or back. Improved posture and breathing techniques will lead to better overall sleep, and who doesn’t want that?!


3 . What’s Up


What’s Up (not to be mistaken for ‘WhatsApp) is a cognitive behavioral therapy tool, supporting users’ mental health. The app was designed specifically to help people with depression, anxiety, and difficulty managing stress. Features include a diary, emotion evaluations, stress reduction methods, positive habit tracker, and practical tools such as “12 common negative thinking patterns and how to work through them.” There are also forums where you can chat with like-minded people.


4. The Wellness Mama


Looking for a podcast to boost your vitality? The Wellness Mama has the answer. Host Kate Wells talks about clean eating, sleep, stress, and fitness - a mission she feels passionately about after overcoming her own health issues.
